I'm having an issue where some users are not able to open documents(word or excel) from SharePoint Library using IE.

Tried so far: resetting IE settings, repairing MS Office, added a site to trusted sites, check SP logs (no errors shown), used developer SP and still same error, checked if there is any office 2013 application installed (none found), checked trust center settings and compared them to my (everything matches), checked add-ons to match what I got (everything is same).
