Home edition doesn''t have IIS so you would have to host your pages on a
server that does.
You can download WebMatrix from the microsoft site. This has software that
can set up a "mini web server" but I''ve found that it doesn''t support all
features.

2k/2k3 to install the .NET SDK is not true, i managed to install it on
my XP home laptop and it worked without errors.

I don''t know if Visual Studio is able to run on HOME, but Borland C#
