I thought at first it was Microsoft Verified Programmer in regards to a qualification you can earn from microsoft.
I remember in another conversation an MVP said it mean Most Valued Programmer or omething like that.
If that is the case what is the difference between an MVP and a non MVP?

If that is the case what is the difference between an MVP and a non MVP? MVPs have been given an award from Microsoft, non-MVPs have not received the
award.

Not sure about this. I have seen plenty bad advice being given out from real
