some how i was playing around with some hacking tools and i''ve disabled reg edit and task manager and i don''t know how to get them back because with out them i''m stuck with a virus or adware any way please help.

What about booting in Safe Mode and then running regedit or regedt32.

For Task Manger like functionality (only better) you could download Process Explorer and you should just be able to run it like a normal program.
