Anyone know how make the web browser control available in Access 2007?
I''ve looked for information on this for hours and found the .dll names here. I enabled references for Microsoft Internet Controls, Microsoft HTML Object Library, and Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects 2.8 Library, but the control is not listed. There are no other references related to the web browser control.
I did exit and restart Access after changing the references.
Can anyone tell me what .dll has the apropriate reference?

If you just want to reference a link, the brute force way is to use the browser location on your system with a shell command:
Call Shell("C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE mysite.com", vbNormalFocus)
To work with the Web Browser Control:
shdocvw.dll should work if you want to use the control rather than just make a link.

Don''t know if this will help, but I''m using 2007 and I found the control after referencing the library. I did ask a question about the control recently and posted the web control on the forum, but I had to post it in Access 2003 format. Perhaps you can just copy and paste my control off the form I uploaded. Here is the link:
