1 Pat A 102 N

2 Pat B 100 Y

2 Pat B 102 Y

基本上对于Pat A，只报告了1种疾病。对于Pat B，报告了两种医疗状况。

Hi all,

I have a reporting table that I use for my reports but would like to filter(flag) records based certain Medical conditions.

Example of reporting table:
ID Name MedCond Reported
1 Pat A 100 N
1 Pat A 101 Y
1 Pat A 102 N
2 Pat B 100 Y
2 Pat B 102 Y

Conditions examples are:

If patients have:
Medical Conditions
100
101 If this is then no 100 or 102
102

Basically for Pat A, only 1 medical condition is reported. And for Pat B, both medical conditions are reported.

Is there a logical way to do this with queries or would it be better to go with VB coding. Would like to take the VB route but I am not that proficient with it.

Any assistance or recommendation is greatly appreciated.
