We have a document library that has around 4,000 documents. What I'm trying to accomplish is two different result blocks.

1) If I search the word "nomenclature" I want documents to return that have the search term in the title ONLY

Basically just break these up and show the top 5 or 10. I started to configure the first one but it wants to search title across all site collections and not just the document library.
