This might be be an InfoPath question but was unable to locate that category. I created a form using InfoPath and published it to use on a SharePoint.  We are updating this process where we only need 17 entries per employee for each month.  I set up a second Data Connection to the SharePoint list where this form is used to retrieve data when a new form is opened on SharePoint.  What I want to happen is when I type in a name in a Person or Group box it counts the amount of times that name is listed in the [Analyst] Column.  If the count matches or exceeds our limit, an error message will populate and/or the record won't be able to be submitted.  If the name count is less than our limit, a new record is allowed to be created.  Any ideas if this is possible?
