Example-

 Dear Experts,

I need some help regarding custom List 

I have one custom list with one feild Name "Department"  with multiple department details.  Now i want filter the list items only to respective  department Managers .

Example- 

User created list item with department details 

items with Finance department -10 Nos

items with Maintenance department -5 Nos

When finance manger access the List he should only get items related to Finance(based on user profile)

any client side (Java script/Rest api code  code to acheive this )

you have to use item level permission using SharePoint designer workflow in 2013. Break the permission in the workflow
