in My Computer > Properties .. The processor is showing twice i mean two time although there is only one processor in my computer. that is 2.0 Ghz and its showing ..

i know its a silly question .. but just to know why ? :P

Does your processor support HT? if so thats why.

HT chips make your computer think thats that 2x the number of chips that are really there.

It is nothing to be alarmed about.

Read Microsoft''s Windows Support for Hyper-Threading Technology to see if this applies to you.

no i dont think its HT .. its a normal P4
