An mde file cannot be changed. A backup mdb file should always be kept so that a new replacement mde file can be created when changes are made.

I assigned in a project customisation. there is 2 mde and some mdb files. there is no backup files as mdb. There are only tables there in mdb file. No forms and nothing. Shall i confidently ask my management there is no native code and ask them to arrange buy from the place that developed(Italy)

If they bought the application you can confidently tell them that they were given an mde so that they wouldn''t be able to change the application without going back to the person they bought it from. This is deliberate on the part of the seller so that you can''t change their application.
