I''m not sure where you can get an old version of Borland builder, you should probably contact Borland directly to see if they will sell you an older version. Certainly no one here is going to provide you with links to illegal copies so I wouldn''t try asking about that ever again unless of course you don''t mind if your account gets banned.

Why would you think that an old version is somehow suddenly free? Windows XP is an old version of the Microsoft Windows operating system but you can''t download it for free.

You can maybe see if there is a 30 day trial to download from the borland site but I looked and couldn''t find the version you were looking for.
