I''m stuck, and hope some one can help me. I am tasked with creating several huge surveys. These are all very structured and so I intend to store the survey questions and answers in tables and create a report to generate the survery.
There are 3 types of answer to the questions.
A list of options, e,g 0=No,1=Yes,2=Don''t know
These answers are arranged as a vertical list
Simple text, e.g. Enter your name.
Numbers and date fields. Now, if I could type into this box what these should look like, my problem would be solved.
I want to display say, Day Month Year
and then underneath draw little boxes to enter the numbers in.
Years ago, pre-windows, the char set had little lines and corners so that you could make a box out of asci values, but not anymore
I can''t find any DRAW or BOX command that I could run at the Print Format event.
What I need is for the report to look at the record to be printed, see that it is type ''BoxedDate'' and create these boxes for me, in the correct position.
Any ideas please
