Sometimes "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Config\machine.config" file is corrupted.
Example

<DbProviderFactories\>

makes error.
If I delete it it works well.
I want to fix it automaticly.
How can I fix it easily.

What I have tried:

I found solution from this website
I write an batch file. If I run it as administrator it works.

cd C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4*\Config
rename machine.config machine.config.bak
copy machine.config.default machine.config

I tried to install vs 2010 in my windows 2010 system, but I have received the can not create window problem. I followed above steps but I did not identify the machine.config file in V4.0 framework, so I did search on my PC I found in v2.0 framework. I opened my command prompt in Run as administrator mode and I ran above commands using V2.0 framework rather than v4.0 later I copied new machine.config file v2.0 framework to v4.0 framework it works like me a charm. Please follow these steps easily can resolve the can not create window issue.
