As Per the Client requirement,
I want to store database connection string information to machine.config. and retriving it.

can anybody please show me the way, How to accomplish this ?

You need to talk to the client. You know the design better and so must explain it to him that what he wants may not be the best way. And there is a better way to do this. Explain him the advantages of using the better way over the bad way.
