当iam打开现有项目时，我无法查看设计部分，而不是那样，我查看此错误消息

When iam opening existing project, I couldnt not able to view design part, Instead of that, Iam viewing this error message "

Method 'System.Windows.Forms.Form.SetControl' not found.

I have tried using creating new application and added same files in new application. It doesn't work.
