I going to developing an application which required communicate with other remote applications. I don't know how to retrieve Message text from queue.

What I have tried:

I am going to developing an application(Email & SMS Scheduler) that installed on server. I want to by using that application other application(Which are remotely located ) should request for send email or SMS. request message can contain sender details and receiver details.
I get able to Send message at server application but unable to retrieve the message contents from message queue.
