My Windows Phone 8.1 Universal application is deploying to device successfully in Debug mode, but when I test the app in Release mode, It is installing on Phone but not opening and Showing the error like shown in above images.

Help me in solving this issue

I think Windows Phone only supports Release mode apps with proper store signatures. Stay with debug mode. If it works, then your app is ok :)
