Here's the scenario:
I'm running WAMP and accessing localhost for PHPmyadmin

I tried to connect other computer using my ip address, example 192.168.1.1/phpmyadmin but it shows access denied,

Hello,

Have you checked the error.log file in HTTPD_HOME\logs folder? Do you see any error there? If not have you checked your firewall settings? It's likely that your firewall is blocking the inbound connections. Add a new rule in your Windows Firewall to allow connection on the PORT on which HTTPD server is listening.

Please also ensure that you have edited the config.iinc.php file as advised on the phpmyadmin[^] website.
