I have been searching for hours trying to get started with developing extensions for php using C or C++(For Windows) but I couldn't find a proper source. Most tutorials in the web were meant for Linux, so I couldn't get started. I am using wamp server for hosting.

How do I get started in developing php extensions using C++ or C(hosting is done in windows, using wamp server)? I am using Visual studio 2013 express edition. I really want to get started with this as soon as possible, so please do tell me were to begin.
