Hello there, I am trying to use macron for my website but it doesn't look like a real macron and look very strange. Suppose i want to write word 'Māori' but in some font style it doesn't appear so well. so if i write ma-ori and then use CSS to align '-' sign over 'a' to make a macron word. Does anyone think this should be possible?

I don't know about moving it over with CSS, I doubt it. but you might look into SVG as an alternative to getting the exact look you want.
