Dear Friends,

we are planning for survey via mail and want to get back data into our SQL server.

we are providing technical support for many clients after closing the tickets we are sending a mail for confirmation, on that mail we want to get some rating for our service from end user so that we can improve our service.

we want to insert these survey data into my SQL server database
could you please help me how to do this via mail.

Simple way would be create the email in HTML format and asking them to click on a link which would take them to your website.
