I have a SharePoint web site granted to me by the company to manage my department. Only 5 out of 50 guys have permissions to access (Read,Write..) and I have full control.

I created a survey where I need all 50 guys in my team to respond in a strict anonymous fashion and I don't want them to login.

Is is possible by configuration to allow anonymous access to this surbey and once those people logged cannt see other links or topics in the site?

You can implement your requirement by advanced setting instead of anonymous access.

转到调查设置"->高级设置"以选择单选按钮，如以下屏幕截图所示.

Go to Survey Setting->advance Setting to select the radio button like the following screenshot.
