I work with SharePoint since long time but today I was requested to setup a survey. 2 things I was not able to find how to do them and not sure if it can be done in SharePoint. I have configured a survey following help files, once I responded for test purposes, I can not go back and retest, how this can be done before going to production? what i mean is how can we update do a test again before opening to public?

2nd, for a Yes/No question I need to add "if NO please indicate why" in a text box just beneath the NO, it seems in branching it only allows to jump to another question, not add a text box, thanks in advance for your help

Hi eliassal,

To resolve the first issue -- user cannot respond again to the survey, we need to allow multiple responses for this survey list.

Open Settings > Survey Settings > List name, description and navigation > Set "Allow multiple responses" in survey options to "Yes" > Click Save.

Branching can be used to skip to a specific question based on the response. You can add an additional question "Why" for the "No" response. Change the order of the questions. If user selects "Yes", it will skip the question "Why".
