This just an idea to develop New App.(Which can help People in Panic Situation)

Can a new app be developed which can automatically activate the recording mode on being in panic situation which cannot be shut down, it will start Mobile recording on using the camera both selfie and rear camera and also voice recording , will also same time black out the screen , camflouging the phone to a inactive mode, the recording will not be stored in the mobile but in the cloud storage only be accessible to originator or to the police . Same can be stopped by the Owner by accessing the cloud and stopping the app.
