I am developing the Line graph application.As per xcel graph when graph size is resized its No of tick and interval should change.As at small scale also excel graph
shows clear graph.How to implement this resizing part?

I want to develop graph application same as excel graph without using chart control.

I guess you need to find out first the chart control that you want to use. Normally the control would offer a functionality that you have described - such as zoom in , zoom out, show/hide legends, major-minor grid lines etc. This control could be Microsoft or from some third party.
