i just wanna ask you that i have just started working in a Software development firm and after working for 2 weeks it seems that i m not as much good programmer and i feel like changing am field from programming to something else in IT than programming Am i judging myself to early on my programming Skills and please tell me what are the other field in it in which i can make a career rather than programming because i m not that much passionate in programming

Practice on your own while learning on the job. You should be able to become better in a few months.

You can look at a testing roles if you think programming is not something you are interested in.
