It's entirely a matter of opinion, and both Eclipse and Netbeans are good IDEs.
Try both, and use the one you like best, they're both free so you risk nothing.

I think Netbeans is easier, somehow, but as your requirements grows Eclipse really comes into play.
If you're just starting out I'd recommend first giving Netbeans a try.
