升级后我无法浏览IE也不在Chrome上。它在Firefox中运行良好。

I Upgraded from WIndows 8 to 8.1 few weeks back.
after upgrading i am not able to browse on IE nor on Chrome. It works fine in Firefox.

I searched a lot on web followed multiple articles. but no solution found.

Can anyone help me.

FYI - I have tried the following steps.
Check for LAN Settings
Ran Virus Scan ( Hitman pro - Malware Bytes )
Selective Mode
New User Account

Changed the Following Registry Settings

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings]
MigrateProxy"=dword:00000001
ProxyEnable"=dword:00000001
ProxyHttp1.1"=dword:00000000
ProxyServer"="http://server:port"

也使用自动配置脚本 -



http：//localhost/proxy.pac [ ^ ]
