I have a android application that use Google Mapv2. Users can insert event on this application like; 1-Road construction 2-Iciness 3-Car accident.

Problem is that application don't check this kind of events on google mapv2 on road or not.

How to implement this application that let only insert this kind of events on road.

My second question i want to add this application to trafic density. Is there a api on google map v2 that check car density on road ? There are this kind of applications how could they do that ?
