Hi,

I'm trying to use the existing Login.aspx template that Visual Studio 2012 provides in a new ASP.NET project. However, I'm not sure how to as the button seems to be 'built in' to the template and so I cannot generate an event handler...Does anyone know how I could utilise this template in order to create a functioning login for my system that validates user details from my Access database?

For Visual Studio 2012 (.Net 4.0 framework) you can check the MSDN sample at: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/44w5aswa.ASPX however this looks like a compliacted. Do not forget to also check the "How to: Sample Membership Provider Implementation." link on the same article that shows a nice working example
