all of above fields are good to become a software developer.

now,
it is depending on criteria like...

1st institute & campus
concern your percentage and last few year's admission cut-off marks in reputed(experienced lecturers and regular teaching etc...) collages for respective cources (C.E., I.T. or B.C.A)

2nd location
after studying cutoff marks & list of selected institutes decide which location will be best suit for you in criteria like hostel, travelling-time etc would effect your study & time

Learn any of above course under a good guidence of experienced lecturers and also your own best efforts and dediction to studies will make you a good software developer.

In computer industry any of above fields' persons are elegible for post of software developer(depend on selected subjects like administrator, network engineer, programming etc).

As per my personal opinion you should set priority for selection of course as below (it's just opinion)...
1. Information Technology
2. Computer Engineering (BE/B.tech)
3. BCA/MCA
