when user try to install SP designer 2013, pops up with below message

When Clicking Accept, the software automatically close and do nothing




I have addressed him uninstall 2013 and then install 2013 again.

OS is 64 bit and accordingly user  installed 64 bit designer 

so now below is the user response. 

I tried to remove all the SharePoint Designer I have on my PC.

When I tried to install the SharePoint Designer 2013 64 bit edition, A pop says it cannot be installed because I have the following:

SharePoint Designer 2007
SharePoint Designer 2010
Microsoft Office Standard 2010

Why it is happening? is there any sequence to follow to install SP designer? Please help

Hi SravanC, 

Uninstalling SharePoint Designer from Control Panel is the recommended way. This will ensure all files and registry entries get removed. 

Navigate to control panel->Uninstall a program->Uninstall SharePoint designer from here. 

If you installed 32bit office, you need to install 32bit SharePoint Designer. If you installed 64bit office, you need to install 64bit SharePoint Designer.
