We recently stumbled upon a issue where suddenly list association in the designer workflow got changed.
There was a Production and Test list on the same site and the workflow was associated to Production list.
Then all of a sudden the workflow got associated to Test list.

I need to find the root cause of this issue, any idea how to find the way to do it.

Hi Sachin,

You can create same workflow again on production list and check whether same issue occurs.

Maybe while creating workflow by mistake you must have choose test list name.

You can do this testing by implementing minimal functionality on production list for testing purpose
