Hi All,

I am unable to search and add the users by name to a Workflow in SharePoint Online. If i apply with eg., surname I get an error message. If I enter Sathish, Kumar it works. It also works with [e-mail] too. Previously it was possible to search and add the users.
I am facing this issue in Internet Explorer and it is working fine in Firefox and Opera. Please let me know if I add anything in IE.

I suspect the compatibility mode in IE for the workflow. Could you please change and test the compatibility mode IE 10, IE 11 or Edge.

Still if you get error, then check the "Developer Tools" on IE and find the any JS file creates the errors.
