Hi,
I will explain the workflow I'd like and the two questions I have will have the four asterisks.
I am trying to create a workflow that will trigger when a form is created (got this part down). There are multiple sections in this Infopath form for different people to fill out. There will be an email getting sent out to each person saying that a task has been created. They can go onto the form and fill out their section.
****When someone is completed with their section, how do they let the workflow know that they are done with their task?
Then, once everyone has completed their section/task, the workflow will be complete and a final email will send out to the creator of the form.
IF one person does not complete the task by the due date, I would like an email to get sent out ONLY to that one person who did not complete their task yet saying that their task is overdue. ****How can I sent an email only to the person who did not mark their task as complete?
In all, anyone has any suggestions on how am I able to create this entire workflow? I am a little new to SharePoint Designer and I'm having trouble constructing workflows.

In the 2013 workflow, you can use "Start a task process" action to assign tasks to all participants in parallel (all at once). Create a custom workflow task content type inherited "Workflow Task (SharePoint 2013)" content type. Delete the original "Approved/Rejected" Task Outcome column. Create a new "Task Outcome" column with "Completed" value.

If someone completes the task (click "Completed" for the workflow task), the Task Status for this user will be change to "Completed" on the Workflow Status page. And you can also check status in the associated workflow tasks list.
If all users complete the tasks, the workflow status will change to "Completed".
2. How can I sent an email only to the person who did not mark their task as complete?
You can create an SharePoint workflow for the associated workflow tasks list. Trigger the workflow automatically when the workflow task is created. Pause for some time as you want and check whether the task is completed or not. If the Task Status and the "Task Outcome" column are not Completed, send email to "Assigned To" user.
