I am experiencing the following issue. Recently we added a server to Workflow Farm (ServerB) and removed the old one from the WF Farm (ServerA). Get-WFFarm and Get-SBFarm shows farm up and running and the correct server is show. From CA, Workflow Proxy says " Workflow Connected".

I have validated EndPOint is up and running (https://ServerB:12290 and http://ServerB:12291). Get-WFFarm and Get-SBFarm, shown ServerB as the correct Host and EndPoint.

I am not sure If I should re-register SPWorkflowService by using resgister-spworkflowservice with the -force parameter.

ServerA was removed using Workflow Manager Configuration Wizard. Also server was removed because it got corrupted after SP 2013 CU installation.

Also, in CA under Service Applications, only "Workflow Service Application Proxy" is shown. I cannot see "Workflow Service Application" in upper level.
