您似乎没有该特定租户的全局管理员访问权限。这是一个很长的镜头，但可能有一些其他管理员帐户具有这些权限。 

您可以运行以下命令来找出具有管理员权限的人

1）Connect-AzureAD：使用您的信用卡登录

2）  Get-AzureADDirectoryRole：从输出中选择公司管理员的对象ID代表全局管理员

3）  Get-AzureADDirectoryRoleMember -ObjectId<传递来自2的对象ID> ;

Hi

I've just logged into the Azure portal and clicked Azure Active Directory in the left-hand menu.

I immediately got the error message

Access denied

You do not have access

I am the account owner, I created the account about 5-6 years ago and nobody else has ever had access to this account. I don't understand how I can't have access.

Any suggestions?

I don't think I've ever used Azure AD on this account but now I need to use it for a new web site that I'm developing.

Hello, 

It looks like you do not have Global Administrator access to that particular tenant. This is a long shot, but there could be some other admin account which has these privileges. 

You can run the following commands to find out who has the admin access

1) Connect-AzureAD : Sign-in with your creds

2) Get-AzureADDirectoryRole : from the output pick the object Id of the Company Administrator which stands for Global Administrator

3) Get-AzureADDirectoryRoleMember -ObjectId <pass the object ID from 2>

You should see the list of users who have the permission.

If you see any accounts, you would have to contact them to give you access. If you do not see any accounts listed there, please drop an email to [e-mail] with the following details

1) User account with which you are signing in 

2) Tenant into which you are signing in 

3) Subscription Id
