Sometimes the deleted objects from On premises AD is not getting deleted from Azure AD. So how do we find the list of orphaned user objects from Azure AD so that we can delete the same.

You'll have to script a get all from each of AD and AAD then compare for single location accounts. 

Depending on how you have scoped your sync (OU filtering etc) and what your source anchor is, you could simply do lookups against those to quicken the process.
