My file  name is on the format 1000122_28938_FirstName_Lastname_Malaysia_Application

其中  1000122 =候选人ID

28938 =请购单ID

Malayasia =国家

Where 1000122= Candidate ID
28938=Requisition ID
Malayasia=Country

I have Multiple documents to upload so it nearly impossible to Add or edit the Column manually. How Can I upload the files with powershell and add those value on the Column using powershell.

Is the metadata only present in the filename or is the metadata also present as properties in the source files (e.g. docx or pdf)? If that is the case then you have more options such as using a tool that can extract properties from the source files and capture the values into SharePoint columns.
