How do I get uploaded files to my document library to validate against custom column criteria as they being uploaded? The column 'properties dialogue box' doesn't include my added columns and their validation criteria, even though the default library view shows all my desired columns. Therefore, when the file is uploaded it doesn't ask for or show drop-down choices for each column. After uploading, the only choices at the drop-down handle are 'ascending or descending' with no validation data even shown and no obvious ability to enter data directly to the empty column for that item.
