I am in a Modern Team Site in Office 365. I have a Document Library. I created a Content Type and made it default. Added a few library columns to it. These are the columns that need to show up when a user uploads a document. 

I am not prompted a dialog box where I need to enter library column values after a document uploads. What could I be missing?
