Currently am generating a Excel xml report in English . My requirement is to apply globalisation to the report i.e by based on Country the report should be generated in coressponding language .
How to implement the resource file concept for Excel xml .

It's not possible to generate Excel file in user's language, unless you'll provide translation functionality.

Have a look here: Excel.International property[^]. It returns information about the current country/region and international settings, for example: about Brackets and Brace, Currency, Date and Time format (etc.), but does not enable translation.
