I have a team site of sharepoint 2013 . I have two issues:

 '将网站另存为模板'在网站操作下消失了。

The 'save site as a template' disappeared under site action.

在浏览器中输入/_layouts/savetmpl.aspx之后，它重定向到/_layouts/15/savetmpl.aspx并收到错误："将网站另存为模板"此网站不支持此操作。'

After entered the /_layouts/savetmpl.aspx in browser, it redirected to /_layouts/15/savetmpl.aspx and got an error :'The "Save site as template" action is not supported on this site.'
