I am trying to develop Policies to check 'httpApplicationRouting' is Disabled  and omsagent is enabled. I tried to find aliases for these but I couldn't find anything relevant. Only alias I found relevant is "Microsoft.ContainerService/managedClusters/addonProfiles". Is there a way to create a policy using this alias.

It looks like Azure Policy for AKS is now in preview. So seems there is work being done to enable the scenario you are trying to accomplish but it is not fully completed.

I would check the above link and get into the private preview to begin testing
