I have two way trust between two domains say ABC and contoso domain.ABC domain users can read and write contoso domain users but contoso domain users can only read ABC domain users. How to achieve this?

There is no "trust" concept in Azure AD but you may like to check Azure AD B2B which adds user from different tenants and manage their privileges. For more information check Azure AD B2B guest users grant directory permissions.
