We have machines deployed with Windows XP Pro OEM and Windows WEPOS.

Due to credit card PCI rules I need to apply group policies to these machines in the field.  (Password rotation, complexity, length etc.)  You can use GPEdit to modify these settings manually but I need a way to automate these changes.  These machines are not part of a domain.

We are already securing much of the default user (machines are Kiosks) via registry settings.  (by the way SteadyState does not work with WEPOS).  But system wide changes like password requirements seem to fall under group policies and I have not found a way to apply these setting using a command line script in the field.
