I am developing a Software(CPMS) to manage customer portfolios with different user levels. And this is client-server Application. Almost I complete the project and now I am in implementing phase. And our server engineer asking to me what are the Hardware Configurations you want to publish your app in server. I dont know what are the requirements exactly needed. Can you please advice me on these.

This is not a question we can answer. Your server engineer needs to get an idea of how much resources your app will use. For example, how big the database may get, how many users will be using i, how much of the processing power will it need, do you need load balancing, etc, etc. These are things that you will have to work out with your engineer.
