Hi,

I have a major problem with an App functionality because it crashes when published in Market Place.

I submitted an update twice, but still crashes.

The app is basically a camera and video app, there are no issues with the photos. But the video camera function crashes when its launched. There are no issues at all while testing and the app passed certification with no issues. But when published in marketplace and downloaded, the video camera functionality is not working. I have all the required capabilities in the App manifest file.

 

Anybody faced similar issues? I submitted a ticket to Microsoft, but the support person advised to raise this issue in the forum?

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

1- There needs be crash report with stack trace in your developer account that will guide you what exactly went wrong?

2- My thoughts would be on device capabilities. Did u test with variation of devices with 256 and 512 MB Ram specifically?
