准备调试失败 [英] Failed to prep debug

I had used this kit months ago and all went well with blink LED. Trying again now, I recovered the device and connected to wifi just fine. I then tried azsphere device prep-debug and I ended up with this error

error: The device did not accept the device capability configuration. Please check the Azure Sphere OS on your device is up to date using 'azsphere device show-ota-status'.

So I did then run azsphere device show-ota-status but I get no errors and I do have the latest running 19.04
